CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and aim to send your order as quickly as possible. Please expect delivery on items in stock within seven working days, although most stock items are normally sent within 24 hours. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.

We make every effort to ensure all items on the website are available for sale. Sometimes there is high demand and an item may be out of stock, in which case we will let you know when you can expect it. If your order cannot be despatched within 5 working days we will keep you fully informed of progress and you will have the option to cancel your order.

PAYMENT & PRICING.
We accept payment via PayPal secure Payment system for all credit/debit card transaction. All items include VAT at 20%. The Price you pay is the price displayed on the website.

SECURE TRANSACTION.
For optimum peace of mind we ensure that online transactions are as secure as possible. We do not store details of your credit or debit card.

PRIVACY STATEMENT.
Your information is confidential and you can be sure that any credit card and personal information is safe with us. Your card details are not stored by us. Please be assured that we never sell or store any information we have about you.

DELIVERY.
All our products are sent both in the U.K. and Europe by recorded delivery. Postage and packaging is simply calculated according to the number of items you are ordering, as follows:

We will be delighted to send our products anywhere in the world. Please e-mail us prior to you ordering and we will arrange for you the best prices to include postage and packaging.

CHEQUES.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card do not worry as we accept payment by cheque. Please ensure payment is made through a British Bank Account in pounds sterling made payable to Forevercooks.com. Once we receive your cheque the goods will be despatched immediately.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY.
If you are not entirely happy for any reason, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and provided it has not been used we will refund your money in full. This is in addition to your Statutory Rights. Please retain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

We like to keep customers informed of special offers and new ranges and will occasionally send you mailing by post or e-mail.
